This morning, the general meeting for the replacement of branch members of the Communist Party of China Huahe Electric Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in the conference room on the third floor of the company. The conference was presided over by Comrade Xiang Xin, the secretary of the party branch, with the participation of all party members. The election agenda was successfully completed, injecting new organizational vitality into the company's party branch.

This election should have 17 formal party members and 1 probationary party member, but 12 formal party members and 1 probationary party member were actually elected, meeting the election conditions stipulated in the Party Constitution. The meeting was held strictly in accordance with organizational procedures and election methods, with a solemn and lively atmosphere.

Under the witness of all party members, the meeting first voted on the election of the Party branch secretary and deputy secretary. After unanimous approval by all attending party members, the election result received unanimous support, fully reflecting the high recognition and unity of the branch party members.

Subsequently, the meeting entered the election process for the publicity committee, organization committee, and disciplinary inspection committee. In accordance with the principles of democracy, openness, and fairness, the election will be conducted anonymously. After rigorous vote counting and monitoring procedures, all election positions were successfully elected, the election process was standardized and orderly, and the results were genuine and effective.

After the election agenda ended, Comrade Xiang Xin, the secretary of the Party branch, presented the Party branch's 2026 work plan and goals on site. The plan focuses on strengthening ideological and political construction, deepening the leading role of party building, promoting the integration of party building and business, and serving the overall development of the company, providing direction and a clear path for the branch's work in the new year.

Comrade Shu Lijia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, conducted a comprehensive summary of the work for the year 2025 on behalf of the Branch Committee. The report system reviewed the solid achievements of the party branch in organizational construction, party member education, activity development, and role play in the past year, objectively analyzed the current shortcomings, and expressed gratitude to all party members for their joint efforts.

The successful convening of the Party branch committee replacement meeting marks a new stage in the Party building work of Huahe Electric.  

In the future, the Party branch of Huahe Electric will continue to promote the deep integration of Party building work and production and operation, guide all Party members to focus on their positions, strive for excellence, and fully play a pioneering and exemplary role in the company's reform, innovation, and overcoming difficulties, jointly writing a new chapter of Party building leading enterprise development.
